Human remains have been found just outside of Rawlins, Wyoming.

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office announced a dead body was discovered in Natrona County near Hiland.

A Casper man was found deceased downstream from the Alcova Irrigation Canal siphon on Tuesday morning.

The death is being investigated as a homicide, and is being handled by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
