While it's not unusual for Cheyenne to see snow on Halloween, it's been 20 years since the Magic City of the Plains has seen a spooky amount of snow on the holiday.
It was a perfect day to curl up with a book and a blanket and that's exactly what we did. First, though, we took a drive up to Casper Mountain to see Natrona County's first snowfall of the year.
Wednesday's temperatures were a far cry from last week's deep freeze, with several locations in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle either setting or tying record highs.
