Christopher Coffey

The victim's mother read a victim impact statement, saying Coffey had opportunities to reform but didn't change.

The case began in late February after the Wyoming Department of Family Services reported the allegations.

Coffey remained in custody at the time of Tuesday's court hearing.

On March 2, the alleged victim participated in a forensic interview at the Children's Advocacy Project and detailed the alleged abuse.
