Casper Traffic Watch

Numbers last week showed an increase in violations.

The numbers are back up, after a decline the previous week.

This is extra enforcement, it doesn't mean police won't be patrolling other areas.

The extra enforcement was concentrated on the school zones located around Frontier Middle School and Cottonwood Elementary.

Casper Police hope that letting people know where the extra enforcement will be will alter driving habits.

A high volume of traffic complaints prompted the weekly high visibility traffic enforcement in various school zones.
