A Casper man has admitted that he exposed himself to a student near an elementary school.

The school district said it is still working to ensure board policies, regulations and procedures are in place to ensure student and staff safety.

The school board named Raymond Catellier to fill the trustee vacancy left by Elizabeth Horsch, who resigned in April. Five candidates applied for the position.

When police found Brenden Day, they saw him "visibly scared, sweating and shaking." He was "repentant and ashamed for his actions" during his police interview.

"The District is reviewing internal communication processes to guarantee standard practices are implemented and shared district-wide."

A Bar Nunn man is accused of exposing himself.
