According to a booking sheet, inmate Eric Brian Smith, on Monday, attempted to bite Corporal Cruz's left hand.

Police say the man suspected of robbing two banks in Cheyenne Thursday afternoon is now in custody and financial institutions can resume normal activity.

The robberies happened between November 2016 and January of 2017.

Prosecutors say all parties have agreed to recommend a sentence from 4.25 years to 8 years in federal prison.
