A Wyoming inmate serving a life sentence for an attempted murder in Laramie County has died in custody at a hospital, according to the Department of Corrections.
The 23-year-old Casper man accused of shooting at law enforcement during a high-speed chase through Cheyenne earlier this month is now facing attempted murder charges.
A search warrant stated Bedsaul possibly was under the influence of a controlled substance because he had pin-point pupils, could not sit still, and fidgeted with uncontrollable movements.
