The FBI agent's affidavit goes into greater detail about the exchange of erotic messages between James Martin and the victim, Martin's apprehension in Arizona, and interviews of him and the victim about their sexual relationship.

James Martin remains in jail on a $500,000 cash bond.

On Nov. 26, Martin waived extradition from Arizona.

The Casper Police Department announced that the Amber Alert that was called on November 17 has been cancelled, as the child and the suspect have been located.

According to Casper Police, it's believed that Gracelyn is currently with James Martin, and Martin is alleged to be interfering with the legal custody of a minor child.

An Amber Alert was issued earlier on Thursday regarding a 14-year-old girl named Gracelyn, who is believed to have been kidnapped by 36-year-old James Martin.

Anwar Rhodes waived extradition to Colorado to face charges.

Brodie Potter, Mercelina Potter, and Harley Potter were last seen in Arapahoe, Wyoming at 4:10 p.m. on June 13, 2022.

According to an Amber Alert, a 4-year-old female named Aspen Marie Roth and a 2-year-old female named Serenity Ann Naslaund were taken by their non-custodial named Alexis Roth.

Authorities say Mendoza frequents places with free wifi and uses apps on her phone to make calls.
