Allan Wilson

Sweetwater County prosecutors say Wilson's guilty plea will not be entered if he successfully completes his probation.

Allan Wilson entered his plea Monday and is expected to receive a deferred sentence for sexually abusing a minor below the age of 13 .

A judge decided last week to combine the cases in Sweetwater County, with trial scheduled to begin in October.

Wilson remains free on $75,000 bail.

He could face up to 70 years imprisonment if convicted on both counts.
