3 arrested

Wyoming Highway Patrol troopers arrested three people and seized 170 pounds of marijuana in a traffic stop on Interstate 80 Saturday morning.

A man was invited to a home in town, and when he arrived, was tied up, his hands bound with zip ties, and beaten for the next two hours.
