An upper-level weather system and cool front will continue to push through central and eastern portions of Wyoming early today.  Expect thickening clouds with a good chance for rain showers and thunderstorms by the afternoon and evening hours.  Strong to severe thunderstorms will be likely, especially across eastern portions of the state.  Any storm that develops will most likely produce hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain at times.  Meanwhile, mainly dry conditions persist across western Wyoming as high pressure builds overhead.  Unseasonably warm temperatures are expected in western Wyoming, with daytime highs in the mid to upper 80's.  Elsewhere, temperatures remain warm and close to average, with daytime highs in the 70's to lower 80's.  High pressure will then build over the entire state on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  We will see sunny to mostly sunny skies, but there will still be a small chance for showers and thunderstorms.  Temperatures will also remain warm and near or slightly above normal during this time.
