Winter storm watches have been posted for many areas of southeastern and southcentral Wyoming for late Tuesday through Wednesday. A strong Pacific cold front and storm system will plow into Wyoming on Tuesday. This system will bring falling temperatures and rain  and snow on Tuesday. Rain and snow will become all snow by late Tuesday through early Wednesday. Snow will be the heaviest in southeastern Wyoming where 3 to 8 inches could fall by Wednesday with up to a foot or more in the southeastern mountains. Casper may see 1 to 4 inches of new snow by Wednesday with more over and near Casper Mountain. Hazardous travel is likely statewide late Tuesday through Wednesday.
