A ridge of high pressure will continue to build over the state of Wyoming today and will remained settled over the area through the end of the weekend.  We will see sunny to mostly sunny skies and mainly dry weather conditions through at least Sunday.  Winds, however, could be strong at times across central and southeastern Wyoming.  Expect wind gusts between 35 and 50 mph.  There will also be a gradual warming trend over the next several days.  Temperatures will be not as cold today, but it will still be a few degrees below normal.  Daytime highs will remain in the upper 20's and 30's.  Temperatures will then become near or slightly above average on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
