The final week of the prep softball season in Wyoming will happen over the next week. There are several games to determine the four teams from each conference who will participate in next week’s state tournament in Gillette. Seeding will also be determined over the next seven days. Some teams have already finished their regular season. The two Casper schools have postponed this week’s game to next Tuesday, and WyoPreps is extending our scoreboard to cover that change.

Wheatland, Laramie, and Cheyenne Central are fighting for the fourth spot from the East Conference at the state tournament. Green River and Kelly Walsh are vying for the fourth seed from the West Conference. The top seed in the East Conference is still up for grabs between the two Gillette teams who will play on Friday.

The Spring sports schedule, as always, is subject to change and contingent on the weather.
