A possible explosion at the natural gas plant at Lost Cabin near Lysite injured four Wednesday morning.

Dispatch in Fremont County received the call from the the Conoco-Phillips gas plant just after 8:30 a.m..

Carl Freeman, Fremont County dispatch manager, says area first responders arrived to find four individuals with burns and other injuries.

The exact nature of the apparent industrial accident was not immediately clear and is under investigation. He says an explosion  has not been confirmed.

Freeman says two of the injured were life flighted to Wyoming Medical Center another was transported by ground ambulance to Riverton and another by ground to a burn center in Greeley, Colorado.
