We teased it, but now we're rampin' up for a big Kick-Off Concert and Pep Rally in Tailgate Park! On Friday, August 29, at 7:45 p.m. we plan on hosting the first-ever all-out party for the Wyoming Cowboys---and we want you to be there!

It came. It went. We're spent. We loved this year's line-up for Beartrap 2014--from Jalan Crossland, Littlest Birds and Spencer Bohren, to Johnny Sketch, The Deadly Gentlemen and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band--the bluegrass, country, jazz, insert other awesome music type here, rocked our socks off...

Concert goers from all over Wyoming packed into Beartrap Meadow to hear a range of voices, including the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon, and the crowds were eager to express their love for all things bluegrass.

We had dogs. Beards. And now we're bringing you the vibrant ink and artistic stylings of: Tattoos of Beartrap. We walked around the grounds and shot whatever caught our eye. Big. Small. Black. White. And one thing is for sure: everyone at Beartrap Summer Festival was happy to show off a little piece of what makes them unique...

The Deadly Gentlemen hit the stage on Sunday afternoon, adding a strong beat and eclectic tune to an outstanding bluegrass crowd. The four-piece ensemble, complete with cello, banjo, guitar and percussion, kept a strong voice and made crowds erupt in hoots and clapping...

Jalan Crossland is becoming quite the alum at the Beartrap Summer Festival! He's now taken the stage two days in a row--each day drawing a larger crowd. The local has drawn quite the gathering in the Casper area, as well as the state. The performer will be touring the state in the next few weeks, hitting Cody, Ten Sleep, Cheyenne, Gillette, and more...

One of the few acts at Beartrap Summer Festival that makes flatpicking a true art form--Rebecca Frazier and Hit Run stepped on stage to engage the festival crowd with some plucky, upbeat tunes. Rebecca is nominated for Album of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Guitar Player of the Year, Emerging Artist of the Year, and Instrumental Recorded Performance of the Year according to her website...

For the folks who wanted to be in church this morning and still enjoy the great outdoors---Beartrap Summer Festival welcomed Spencer Bohren and the Tremors back to the stage for an hour of gospel and soul music. Clad in white with matching black pants, the guys looked dapper as they preached a little bit of the good-for-your-soul bluegrass gospel to early festival-goers...
