A Casper man will spend time in prison for sexually assaulting a three-year old boy.

Zane Rogers will spend up to three years in prison, after pleading no contest to one count of sexual battery of a minor, and guilty to one count of stalking and knowingly accessing a computer without authorization.

Prosecutors say in September 2012, Rogers sexually assaulted a three-year-old boy in a restroom.

After the child told his grandfather and mother about the incident, prosecutors then say Rogers then tried to harass the mother, sending her multiple threatening text messages and hacked her Facebook account.
