Wyoming News: Hospital Losses Higher in Wyoming, Governor Not Ready to Raise Taxes, Cold Weather Remains Awhile

Costs for charity and write off's for those that can't afford medical care are rising, mineral revenue is dropping, but the Governor says we don't need a tax hike-yet, and the cold weather is going to stick around until around Tuesday.
