Federal judges in Wyoming recently sentenced one woman and 11 men for drugs, firearms and illegal alien crimes, according to the Wyoming U.S. Attorney's Office.

Chief U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal sentenced J.D. Lynn Cathcart, 31, of Carpenter for being a felon in possession of firearms. He received four years nine months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of probation.

 

Freudenthal also sentenced Daniel Leigh Delaney, 33, of Cheyenne for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He received five years of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of probation.

 

U.S. District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl sentenced Pauline Irene Hemicker, 33, of Casper, for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. She received 12 years seven months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of probation.
Skavdahl sentenced John Charles Adams, 46, of Gillette for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Adams was arrested in Casper. Adams received one year and one day of imprisonment, to be followed by two years of probation.

Skavdahl sentenced Justin Dale Carpenter, 31 of Casper for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He received one year and one day of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of probation.

Skavdahl also sentenced Kevin Paul Brown, 26, of Fort Washakie for aggravated sexual abuse. Brown was arrested in Cheyenne. He received five years of imprisonment, to be followed by 10 years of probation, and was ordered to pay $5,889.53 in restitution.

 

U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson sentenced Clayton William Wenner, 49, of Cheyenne for being a felon in possession of firearms. He received two years of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of probation.

 

Johnson sentenced Eli Brian Rides Horse, 46, of Hardin, Mont., for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Rides Horse was arrested in Lame Deer, Mont. He received six years, six months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of probation.
Johnson also sentenced four Mexican nationals for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. They are subject to deportation after release from custody.
Antonio Garcia-Bautista, 36, and Sebastian Romero-Badillio, 24, were arrested in Jackson. They received time served plus 10 days.
Johnson sentenced Jose Mares-Avilia, 30, for illegal re-entry. He was arrested in Evanston. He received six months of imprisonment.

Johnson also sentenced Javier Bencomo-Orozco, 29, for illegal re-entry. He was arrested in Phoenix. He received 10 months of imprisonment.
