A passing Pacific storm will bring snow to Casper and much of Wyoming today.  Small accumulations are likely for most lower elevations with several inches or more falling in the mountains.  Here in the Casper area we could see three or four inches.  Strong and gusty winds should also be expected this afternoon and tonight.  This will create blowing and drifting snow and very cold wind chills.  Windy but milder and dry for Casper and lower elevations of Wyoming on Wednesday.  Western and southern mountains though will continue to see periods of snow!
