As high pressure strengthens, warmer air from southwestern portions of the nation will move into the region today.  Conditions will also stay mainly dry throughout much of the state, but winds will be strong and gusty.  Parts of I-25 (Colorado state line to Casper) and I-80 (Cheyenne to Rawlins) could see gusting as high as 50 mph at times.  Daytime highs will be in the 50's across higher elevations and the mountains with 60's and lower 70's for the rest of the state.  High pressure will continue to control the weather on Friday and Saturday.  We will see minimal cloudiness, unseasonably mild temperatures, and mainly dry weather through the start of the weekend.  Winds, however, remain strong with gusts between 25 and 45 mph (higher gust possible across wind prone areas).
