Strong winds will be expected through this afternoon across much of central and southeast Wyoming.  Even parts of northwest Wyoming will see strong winds at times.  Temperatures will stay colder today, in the wake of a cold front, feeling blustery at times through tonight.  Another weather disturbance will bring more light snow to the western mountain regions and higher terrain areas.  Winds will create areas of blowing snow through some of the canyons.  Temperatures will remain cold, with highs in the 20's to 30's across most of the state.  The southern mountain regions will see strong winds continue through tonight, with areas of blowing and drifting snow today.   Eastern and southeast Wyoming will see better chances for light snow by Saturday.
