With an active pattern across the Pacific northwest, some energy will push into western and northwest Wyoming today.   Light snow showers are likely over the far western mountains and ski resorts.   The southern mountains will also see periods of light snow showers and blowing snow.   Temperatures will rise into the 40's and lower 50's across southeast and eastern Wyoming this afternoon.   Strong winds will last through tonight, especially over the southeast and higher terrain.   Gusting could reach as high as 50 to 60 mph at times.
