CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — Washakie County Republicans are hosting the first debate for GOP candidates seeking the state's lone U.S. House seat.

The four candidates confirmed for the Jan. 23 debate are State Rep. Tim Stubson, Casper pizzeria owner Charlie Tyrrel, state corrections officer Jason Senteney and veterinarian Rex Rammell.

Republican Representative Cynthia Lummis, who has served as Wyoming's representative since 2009, announced last year she would not seek re-election.

Washakie County Republican Party Vice-Chairman Ron Harvey says other candidates will still be able to join the race after the debate later this month.
