Wheatland Tornado-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

A rare quarter-mile tornado cut a swath across mainly open country near Wheatland Thursday that damaged homes, derailed empty train cars and left one person with minor injuries. The Casper Police Department has been given the go ahead for their car-per officer program.
