Although not as toasty, temperatures will still be warm across the Cowboy State today.  Highs will be mainly in the 60s and 70s with a few lower 80s possible around the Torrington area.  This daytime heating and moisture coming up from the southwest will allow for a few scattered showers.  The I-80 corridor will be in the best position for thunderstorms today, with only isolated thunderstorms expected further north.

Thursday will be much like today with mild temperatures and thunderstorm and shower activity.  With more atmospheric moisture around, showers will be more numerous on Thursday and push further into central and northern regions.   Showers and thunderstorms will still be of the scattered variety, however, so not everyone will see the moisture.
