A ridge of high pressure will build over the state of Wyoming for the rest of today and Tuesday.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies, light to breezy winds, and warmer than normal temperatures statewide.  However, we cannot rule out a few hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms during this time due to lingering low-level moisture and daytime heating.  The best chance for precipitation will be in western and northern portions of the state.  Daytime highs will remain in the 70's and 80's.  By Wednesday, a cool front and weather system will move into the area.  Expect thickening clouds with a better chance for showers and thunderstorms.  Any storms that develop could be strong to severe and capable of producing hail, damaging winds, and brief periods of heavy rain.  Temperatures will also become slightly cooler and closer to average for the middle of the work week.
