A ridge of high pressure will dominate the weather across the state for the next couple of days.  That means mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies, mild, comfortable temperatures and mainly dry conditions.  The higher elevations and mountains, however, may see a few small thunderstorms.  Temperatures will be mainly in the 60s and 70s, with lows in the 30s and 40s.

The start of the weekend looks warm as well.  A weather disturbance moving in on Saturday will trigger scattered thunderstorms.
