If you're a classic car lover, or even if you're not, here's your chance to help out a local organization that helps mentor young men. Pop In The Shop is a Casper ministry that works with fatherless young men ages 7 to 17, building classic cars from the ground up.

Young men from this program will be displaying their customized model trucks at Foss Motors from January 29th through February 7th, in advance of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Toughest Monster Truck Tour, returning to the Casper Events Center on February 10th and presented by Foss Motors.

Here's how you can help out Pop In The Shop:

Just go to Foss Motors, buy tickets for $1.00 each and put those tickets in the ballot box of your favorite model truck.  All proceeds will go directly to Pop In The Shop and everyone who donates will be entered to win prizes including Toughest Monster Truck Tour tickets, O’Reilly gift certificates and more!

The winners will be announced at Ramkota Hotel on Friday, February 9th at 6 p.m. and all the Toughest Monster Truck drivers will also be on hand for photographs and autographs.

"Some of these young men have scars from feeling rejected by their fathers. They feel hurt, confused, unloved, worthless and even like they are the reason their dad left! Many end up in jail, in gangs, on drugs, on alcohol, drop out of school or even commit suicide! Our Ministry helps them feel better about themselves and has the opportunity to pull them away from these statistics! We can teach them a hobby or vocation in he automotive field. We even offer scholarships! They are taught respect for others, forgiveness for others (including their father) and many other character building habits. They give back to the community by volunteering for community events! They learn about a Heavenly Father who loves them!"
