Very Warm to Hot With Scattered Thunderstorms

Typical summer weather will continue across the Cowboy State.  Some morning sunshine will give way to afternoon clouds and a few scattered showers and thunderstorms later today and Tuesday.  The northeast corner could be in line for strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and this evening.  Watch out for gusty winds, frequent lightning, heavy rain and hail in and around the thunderstorms.  Daytime highs will top off in the 80s and 90s, with lows mainly in the 50s to lower 60s.
