The University of Wyoming has announced the three finalists for the position of vice provost for enrollment management, who will begin visiting the university Monday, June 19, according to a UW news release.

The candidates are Paul McGuinness, most recently vice president for enrollment management and student affairs at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Brian Meredith, current associate vice president for enrollment management at Western Kentucky University and Kyle Moore, director of admission at West Texas A&M University.

The new position in the UW office of academic affairs was created to head UW’s enrollment management team.

Chad Baldwin, UW communications director, said the creation of the position reflects an increased focus by the university on enrollment issues.

"This is all about making contact with prospective students at a young age and then helping them succeed and graduate." Baldwin said. "This position will have a hand in all of that."

The candidates will each give public presentations as part of their visit to campus. The first presentation will be given by McGuinness, on Monday, June 19 from 9 to 9:45 a.m. in room 138 of the Berry Biodiversity Conservation Center.

Meredith will give his presentation on Monday, June 26, at the same time and location as McGuiness. Moore’s presentation is scheduled for Thursday, June 29 at the same time and location. Each of the presentations will be streamed on WyoCast.
