Fort Caspar Museum, the Fort Caspar Museum Association, ARTCORE, and the Wyoming Veterans’ Memorial Museum are hosting a World War II-era USO Show at the Nerd Gas Hangar at the Casper-Natrona County Airport on Saturday, November 8, 2014.

The event will run from 6:00pm to 11:00 pm and requires advanced ticket purchase. Regular ticket prices are $30 per person or $60 per couple; Veterans and their guest receive a discounted price of $20 per person or $40 per couple.

The show begins with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner. The menu will match the 1944 Thanksgiving meal served at the Casper Army Air Field. After dinner, enjoy the USO Show featuring tribute acts by “The Andrews Sisters,” “Bob Hope,” and “Marilyn Monroe.” Following the show, dance to the music of the nine-piece swing band, The Hot Tomatoes.

Attendees are encouraged to wear vintage clothing, and Veterans can wear their uniform, patch, or hat. For all others, casual attire is acceptable.

Tickets are available now through November 4th at Fort Caspar Museum, The Wyoming
Veterans’ Memorial Museum or any ARTCORE ticket outlet such as the Cadillac Cowgirl, Sonic Rainbow, the Shade Tree, the Bon Agency, and Hill Music.
