High pressure will slowly move out of the region today, but we will continue to see sunny to mostly sunny skies, mainly dry weather conditions, and unseasonably mild temperatures throughout the state.  Winds will be light to breezy today with gusts as high as 25 mph.  Daytime highs will reach the 60's and 70's.  Overnight lows will then drop into the 30's and 40's.  A change in the weather pattern will then arrive on Thursday.  Leftover tropical moisture from Hurricane Simon will move into central and eastern parts of the state during the day, which will create thickening clouds and a chance for rain showers and a few thunderstorms.  Heavy rain will be possible at times in far southeastern Wyoming on Thursday night into Friday, which could create reduced visibility and wet roads.  Meanwhile, expect mainly quiet weather conditions across much of western Wyoming.  A cool front will also begin to cross through the state.  This will make temperatures cooler and closer to average statewide, with daytime highs in the 50's and 60's.
