A wild fire burning on both sides of Deer Creek Canyon south of Glenrock has firefighters from both Converse and Natrona Counties out Wednesday  afternoon.

A spokesperson from the Glenrock Fire station says fire crews were called out around 12:30 in the afternoon.

Smoke was visible from the east side of Casper.

Glenrock fire fighters were reportedly working the fire on the east side of the canyon and Natrona County fire crews were on the west side.

Its not known how large the fire is at this time.

Dry, windy conditions have fed multiple lightening sparked fires in central Wyoming since last week.
