The very cold low pressure system that has been settled over the region for the past few days will "cut-off" from the normal weather pattern and will then hover over the west coast today and Saturday.  As result, higher pressure will build over the state of Wyoming.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies, breezy to gusty winds, and mainly dry weather conditions into the start of the weekend.  Temperatures will be not as cold and closer to average today, with highs in the 20's and 30's.  We will then see warmer than normal temperatures by Saturday, with highs in the 30's and 40's.  The "cut-off" low pressure system that has been settled over the west coast will then move across western and northern Wyoming on Saturday night and Sunday.  This will cause clouds to increase slightly throughout the entire state.  There will be only a small chance for flurries or light snow over the highest elevations of the western mountains, while conditions stay mainly dry elsewhere.  Unseasonably mild temperatures will also continue for the end of the weekend, with highs in the 30's and 40's.
