Enroute to the alleged truck theft, police received report of a white Dodge Ram that had been driven into a house on nearby Coulter Drive.

That call came from Kevin Faulkner who reported seeing the male driver jump out and run away.

Police were able to follow tracks in the snow to where they reportedly found, 21-year-old Ryan Andrew Rosty, lying face down in the snow.

Police reports indicate they observed numerous signs Rosty was intoxicated and witnesses alleged he had been drinking at Galloway's that evening.

In an interview with police Rosty reportedly said he'd taken three hydrocodone prior to drinking that evening.

Rosty was arrested and charged with DUI, Hit and Run, Reckless Endangerment- there were two children at home when the truck was driven through the door of the attached garage- and grand larceny.
