Our latest weather system will move out of Wyoming early this morning and then higher pressure will build over the region for the rest of today.  Expect early clouds with possibly a few lingering flurries or light snow showers, mainly in northeastern Wyoming as well as the higher elevations and mountains.  We will then see increasing sunshine and warmer than normal temperatures for the rest of the day.  High temperatures will be in the 40's and 50's.  The only major travel concern will be strong to high winds, especially through mid-day.  Expect wind gusts between 45 and 60 mph for the more wind-prone areas of southeastern Wyoming, while central and the rest of southern Wyoming can expect wind gusts between 25 and 45 mph.  High pressure will remain settled overhead on Wednesday.  Expect more sun than clouds, unseasonably mild temperatures, and mainly dry weather conditions for the middle of the work week.  Strong to high winds will also remain in the forecast.  By Thursday, there will be a chance for snow across western and most of southern Wyoming.  Strong to very high winds are also expected statewide.
