Traffic delays are expected on Wyoming Highway 220 as two houses are relocated. The Wyoming Department of Transportation warns that Thursday July 14th starting around 9am the first  of two thirty-some-foot-wide homes will start a trip from Alcova to Bessemer Bend.

"It's expected to take about an hour or so to get the house from Alcova to Bessemer Bend Road. During that time there will be some traffic delays. The Highway Patrol will be out there and they plan on every ten minutes pulling the house over as far as possible to let the traffic go by."

Wydot Spokesman, Jeff Goetz says as the building passes through the Narrows traffic will be totally stopped. The second structure will be moved next Monday with the same process of traffic control and delay.

"So what we want to tell everybody is that these houses are gonna be moved. There will be law enforcement out there over seeing the movement of the houses. There will be some traffic delays there's just no way around it. We hope that everybody remains patient and obeys the traffic control officers."
