An upper-level low pressure system will continue to interact with monsoonal moisture today.  Widespread showers and thunderstorms will be likely throughout the day in central and eastern Wyoming, while western parts of the state will see mainly early showers and thunderstorms.  These storms have a lot of moisture associated with them and will be slow-moving, so heavy downpours and flash flooding will be likely.  Expect cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with cool and below normal temperatures statewide today.  Some lingering monsoonal moisture and daytime could trigger isolated to scattered thunderstorms on Friday and Saturday.  Temperatures will also be warmer and closer to average.
