The trial involving a Casper man accused of killing his wife, is scheduled to restart.

Forty-six year old Thomas Miller is facing charges of first degree murder, aggravated assault, and two charges of child endangerment.

At his original trial, back in October, a mistrial was declared, when one person was introducing testimony, that had been deemed off limits during pre-trial hearings.

Miller's defense team was granted a motion for a chance of venue, and the trial is scheduled to take place in thermopolis, and run all week, starting on Monday, February 24th.
