Thomas Miller Murder Trial To Restart
The trial involving a Casper man accused of killing his wife, is scheduled to restart.
Forty-six year old Thomas Miller is facing charges of first degree murder, aggravated assault, and two charges of child endangerment.
He is accused of shooting and killing his wife Natalie, in March of 2013.
At his original trial, back in October, a mistrial was declared, when one person was introducing testimony, that had been deemed off limits during pre-trial hearings.
Miller's defense team was granted a motion for a chance of venue, and the trial is scheduled to take place in thermopolis, and run all week, starting on Monday, February 24th.
