Weather systems caring moisture from the Pacific and going up and over the higher elevations will bring additional snow to the western third of the state for the next couple of days.  Scattered snow showers will develop in western counties later today and continue on Thursday.  Some of the snow will spread a bit further east onto stretches of I-80 from Evanston east to Rawlins.  The further east you are, the less snow you will see.  The Sierra Madre and Snowy Ranges in south central Wyoming will pick up additional snow as well.

Further east, central and eastern Wyoming will be in line for mainly dry conditions today and Thursday.  Expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.  Temperatures will top off in the 30s and 40s, with 20s for the mountains.
