JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) —Teton County Authorities are investigating a human body found in the Bridger-Teton National Forest.Teton County Undersheriff Bob Gilliam says police are treating the case as a homicide.

The body has not yet been identified. Gilliam said Friday that the person appeared to have died a couple of week ago and appears to be male. He says investigators aren't certain how the person died and are awaiting an autopsy. The Associated Press reportsthat the body was discovered by a man running his dog Thursday afternoon near Mosquito Creek Road, about four miles south of Wilson. Gilliam indicated the body was covered up somehow, but could not release further details.
