All lanes of I-25 are now open after a tractor-trailer tanker crash earlier this morning two-miles north of Wheatland. The crash forced the closure of both lanes of the interstate between Wheatland and Douglas for a good portion of the day. According to Highway Patrol Spokesman Sgt.
