An inmate who escaped from a minimum security facility in Newcastle, Wyoming, was taken into custody after being caught in South Dakota.

James Friesen, an inmate at the Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp, was captured at about 8PM last night in Pennington County, South Dakota.
