The Highway Patrol is investigating driver distraction because of an electronic device, improper load securement, and failure to wear a seat belt as contributing factors in the crash.
Six people were injured and a road was closed after a Jeep collided with a rock on U.S. Highway 20 in the Wind River Canyon on Sunday night, according to a news release from Wyoming Highway Patrol Sgt. David Wagener.
