A press release states that one of the suspects allegedly robbed the victim at gunpoint while the other filmed it and narrated the robbery in progress.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol recently reported that their assistance was requested by the Division of Criminal Investigation in Rock Springs on Monday, to stop a vehicle wanted in connection to an ongoing case.
WHP Troopers pursued the truck east on Interstate 80 towards Wamsutter, Wyoming. The driver fled from law enforcement at speeds near 100 miles per hour. The driver was observed to cross into opposite lanes of traffic on the Interstate at times, before exiting the roadway.
Bradly McCollum was arrested Thursday afternoon and is charged with felony theft and wrongful appropriation of public property, which is a misdemeanor.
