Councilmember Tenders Resignation
May 25, 2011 Stephanie Boster, Casper City Council member for Ward 2 says she'll be resigning as of July 1st. She made the announcement at Tuesday's council work session. Boster, who's an attorney, will be moving to take a position in Cheyenne after four and a half years of city council service.
In 2007 Boster began as an appointed member to replace, then outgoing Council member, Barbara Peryam, who in turn was leaving the Council to become a County Commissioner. Boster was elected to a second term in November 2008.
