Moving and heart felt, the memorial tribute to remember the 10th anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attacks which claimed 2819 lives as a world watched in horror.

Casper Fire Chief Mark Young addressed the large crowd that lined the sides of David Street in downtown Casper this morning.
