Health Care Act Two Years Old
The Affordable Care Act was signed into law two years ago this week.
Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says since then access to healthcare especially in rural communities, has expanded along with moves that will mean lower costs.
Critics believe the Act is costing the country money, but Vilsack says it will do the opposite in the long run...
