ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. --- The federal government is preparing to offer more than 250 parcels of public land for oil and gas leasing in western Wyoming and is seeking public comment on the proposal.

The 252 parcels would be sold at auction next May

Casper College is in the process of planning a new student union and the public is invited on Thursday to look at the architectural renderings and tell the college what they think about the designs.
